Things have been different for Jason in the past few days, to say the least. Helena was basically his only friend at Allegory, his confidant, among other things, of course. Like everything else in his life, he had screwed that relationship up with her as well. So now there he was, wandering around the corridors, his bag pack clutched in his right hand, walking towards the football field. Football and beer were all he had left, not that he was complaining though, they were a great combination for Jason.
When he caught sight of Jenna Blainey in her cheer-leading uniform, walking right infront of him, suddenly he remembered there was more to life than just football and beer. A comforting smirk appeared on his face as he picked up his pace to walk alongside her, flashes of what happened in the costume party coming back to his head. He remembered the fight with Helena, how distraught he was when he put all his feelings out there just for the girl to step all over him. But most important of all, he remembered Jenna. The kiss. “Hey sunshine.” he said, the smirk still lingered on his expression.
